Tourism trends in Aspen are looking positive going into the first big weekend of the summer. The Food and Wine Classic in Aspen is scheduled to start Friday. Aspen Public Radio's Marci Krivonen reports.

The new leader of Glenwood Springs' Downtown Development Authority has a vision of Glenwood Springs becoming a more vibrant place to live, work and play. Aspen Public Radio's Kristina Tabor reports.

Smuggler Mountain Open Space and Smuggler Mountain Road may close today. Crews are removing trees impacted by the Mountain Pine Beetle. About 50 diseased trees will be removed by helicopter either today or tomorrow.
