The proposed expansion of Aspen Valley Hospital goes in front of Aspen City Council for a public hearing tonight. Hospital representatives want approval of the largest phase of the project which would add 63,000 square feet of space to the Hospital.

The leaky parking garage under Galena Plaza in Aspen, is about to be renovated and the Pitkin County Library may coordinate efforts and start its own remodel. Aspen Public Radio's Natalie Jones reports.

Now that the State has decided to regulate medical marijuana dispensaries, it's up to local communities to navigate the new law. Bente Birkland explains how some Western Slope communities are dealing with it.
