The City of Aspen has made an agreement with the University of Colorado to temporarily put off the demolition of the Given Institute to see if Aspen voters want the City to buy it for $17 million. Aspen Public Radio's Mitzi Rapkin reports.

A group of citizens and oil and gas representatives have been meeting for 8 years as the Garfield County Energy Advisory Board. Yesterday the group asked County Commissioners whether it should continue to meet. Aspen Public Radio's Kristina Tabor reports.

Free market groups rallied at the State Capitol yesterday, praising the Tax Payers Bill of Rights and celebrating what they say is the return of TABOR. Bente Birkland reports from Denver.
